How I Work

We all experience difficulties in our lives in some form or another but we don’t have to bear the burden of these difficulties alone.

Counselling provides a unique opportunity to talk through your experiences and feelings in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental setting. The counselling process will provide you with a safe and supportive environment to explore your feelings and gain some meaning and understanding around your experiences.

I have experience in supporting people struggling with:

  • Anxiety
  • Relationship issues
  • Family issues
  • Feelings of depression
  • Bereavement and loss
  • Childhood trauma and abuse
  • Feelings of low self esteem
  • Sexual, physical and emotional abuse
  • Anger management
  • Sexual identity
  • Parental and cultural expectations
  • Feelings of being stuck and wanting to grow

I offer once weekly counselling sessions on both an open ended and a time-limited basis.

Counselling sessions last for 50 minutes at the agreed day and time.

Saturdays: 8am, 9am, 1pm, 2pm
